Section 50.0311(6), Florida Statutes, authorizes the City to use a publicly accessible website hosted by Miami-Dade County as an alternative means of publishing notices and advertisements otherwise required to be published in newspapers of general circulation.
The Hialeah Gardens City Council adopted Resolution 2885 authorizing the use of a county website for public notices. Pursuant to Section 50.0311(6), Florida Statutes, the City of Hialeah Gardens hereby advises that effective, December 1, 2024, legally required advertisements and public notices will be published on the publicly accessible website designated by Miami-Dade County for such publications. To access these advertisements and public notices, visit the website at http://legalads.miamidade.gov and filter by municipality.
Residents and property owners may request in writing to receive legally required advertisements and public notices via email or first-class mail by providing their name and mailing address or email address to the City Clerk’s Office. The request can be emailed to mjoffee@cityofhialeahgardens.com; mailed to 10001 NW 87th Avenue, Hialeah Gardens, FL 33016; or by visiting the City Clerk’s Office in person at the same address.
