Requests for zoning designations & requirements must be made in writing. Fees must be paid in advance. Zoning letters will provide the following information:

• Permitted land uses for property

$ 100.00             Per folio number

• An additional fee of $100.00 will be charged if a template is provided 
• Requests for copies of plans/surveys and other file documents are processed for an additional fee
