Every
person engaged in or managing any business, profession, service or
occupation in the City of Hialeah Gardens, as per Chapter 46 of City’s
Code of Ordinances, is required to obtain an Occupational license
issued by the City and shall, on or before October 1 of each year,
and always before engaging in any business, profession, service or
occupation, file an application with the Occupational License Department.
Located next to City Hall in the Building and Zoning Department at
10001 N.W. 87th Avenue in Hialeah Gardens. Office hours are from 8:30
a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All application forms are
available for pick up or can be downloaded from the City’s website.
