The
City of Hialeah Garden’s Code Compliance Office serves to improve
the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the City by providing
an equitable, expeditious, and effective method of enforcing the various
codes and ordinances that are pertinent to the City; inclusive of
occupational licenses, fire prevention, building, land use, minimum
housing, contractor, sign and related technical codes. The Code Compliance Office responds to complaints from citizens and routinely conducts inspections throughout the City to ensure the quality of our neighborhoods. The City of Hialeah Gardens establishes operational guidelines for the Code Compliance Office. These operational guidelines coincide with Florida Statutes governing “County or Municipal Code Enforcement”. Located next to City Hall in the Building and Zoning Department at 10001 N.W. 87th Avenue in Hialeah Gardens. Office Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. |
