 The City of Hialeah Gardens’ Charter and Code of Ordinances is maintained and updated quarterly by Municipal Code Corporation (Municode).

The Charter and Code are available for public viewing by visiting the Municode website at www.municode.com Once you are logged into the site select Florida, then Hialeah Gardens and follow the “New Site” on screen instructions.

Hard copies of the Charter as well as all City Ordinances and Resolutions are available for viewing or purchase through the City Clerk’s Office.
